Dear DFO Players,
We are trying our best to track anything wrong in the game such as illegal gol
d transaction, the 3rd party hacking tool use, inappropriate website advertise

We want to trust everybody but the reality is not always ideal.
This user from the screenshot, from our investigation, we found his using a ha
cking tool with a definite proof. He killed every single monster with an insta
nt attack, abnormal amount of damage, totally impossible naturally. We even ga
ve him one more chance because he acted like he really regretted but as soon a
s he got unbanned, he did it again. We did not have any choice but ban him per
manently. Then, he keeps urging us to unban his account, which we will not con
sider.
Therefore, if anyone does something wrong even once, we will take the stronges
t measures to protect our game environment and good players as the screenshot.
So, for any illegal activities, permanent banning is the only answer we can g
ive. For those who got banned for the reason above, we do not have any intenti
on to unban, so please stop sending us tickets urging about it. Even if they i
nsist they did not do it, the record of our investigation does not lie.
Monitoring and banning take place 24 hours/365 days, so even if you have not b
een interested in illegal activities yet, please do not ever get lured by them
in future. The types of hacking we detected so far are quite various, killing
monsters with an instant attack, moving with impossible speed, getting no dam
age at all from monsters and many more.?
