《每日電訊》報導，蘭帕德回歸切爾西擔任主帥後將把俱樂部青訓整合進一線隊
以此來表明自己願意給年輕球員機會。
此前《郵報》稱，蘭帕德已經同意簽約，年薪400萬鎊。如果打進歐冠，將有100
萬獎金。官宣已進入倒計時。
據悉蘭帕德的第一步計畫，便是在科本允許青訓球員和資深球員一起訓練。他還
將讓青訓教練調整訓練時間，以便讓自己能在一線隊訓練前後觀察青訓球員。
在薩里執教時，他沒看過一場青訓訓練課，也沒有看過任何一場U23比賽。但蘭
帕德的計畫是，他將和助教莫里斯和愛德華茲觀看盡可能多的青訓比賽並經常邀請青
訓球員和一線隊一起訓練。
自維拉斯博阿斯執教後將一線隊和青訓分開起，年輕球員將首次和一線隊一起進
餐並共用健身房，此前青訓球員只被限制在他們的區域。蘭帕德的計畫讓青訓部門很
激動，他們認為自己的成果將得到回報。

another link between the senior and young players.
