in the Miss America or Miss Universe pageant, makes a personal wish for world
peace. Of course, any person of good character wishes the same, even though
it may seem like an impossible dream. And although one wish or one small act
won't bring world peace or any other lofty goal, it will make a difference.
You can make a difference today, Capricorn, just by a small act of kindness
or generosity. You may not save the world in one big sweeping act, but if you
