Someone may not be putting as much effort into something as you think they
should, Moonchild. You believe that if this person got to work and poured
their talent and effort into something constructive, they could have a
better and more enjoyable life. You want the best for this person, of
course, but you can't force someone else to become motivated. What you can
do, however, is inspire them, encourage them, and help build up their
confidence. That might be the spark they need.
