此為選擇性更新，無法透過Windows Update提供，必須要透過Windows Update Catalog下
載對應版本的更新

從Windows 8.1~Windows10以及Windows Server 2012~Windows Server 2016各版本都有提
供對應更新進行下載。安裝後控制台就會完全移除Flash Player。此更新安裝後無法移除
。20H2的裝置請下載2004的更新就能移除

但微軟表示這個更新只能移除系統內建之Flash Player。無法移除第三方來源的
Flash Player。同時微軟表示目前不透過Windows Update推送的原因是要先協助用戶測試
移除Flash Player後的系統環境是否會造成影響。但最終在明年開始就會開始透過每月累
積性更新強制移除Flash Player
