大家好，我也遇到一樣的問題，非常懷疑 root cause 是 ISP。
搞得不能 fetch code，請問有人知道怎麼回事嗎？
以 kernel.org 為例，本來光世代也沒這麼慢，最近一、二個月才變成這樣：
