藍色星星代表，蘇聯使用時，美國會強制發動事件。

如果是這樣，不是不用寫「如果美方…可打出此牌…」

目前英文原文： If the US is ahead on the Space Race Track, the US player uses this Event to look through the discard pile, pick any 1 non-scoring cardand play it immediately as an Event.原本是寫 If the US ……, play this card to……，本來語意就有點不清楚，經過中文翻譯就有了落差，冷戰沒有新版中文，有問題最好查最新的英文勘誤
