The Athletics have not yet officially moved to Las Vegas or even to Sacramento,
their temporary home for at least the next three seasons, yet they already have
their eyes on playing games in other markets. According to the team's proposed 3
0-year non-relocation agreement, obtained by the Nevada Independent, the Athleti
cs are "requesting to play up to eight home games a season away from the team's
future $1.5 billion Las Vegas ballpark."
