Emart's branch in Yeonsu District, Incheon, temporarily shut and resumed operati
on Friday as the store got overcrowded due to a promotion celebrating the SSG La
nders winning the 2022 Korean Series.

he 2022 Korean Series. Emart is the owner of the SSG Landers.
The branch limited the entrance of customers starting at noon on Friday for the
sake of safety as more than expected customers visited the store.
為了安全起見，店家從中午開始限制進場人數
The branch resumed normal operation starting at 2 p.m. the same day.

"We have prepared to create a safe shopping environment and guided safety regula
tions ahead of the promotion putting the safety of customers and our employees t
he highest priority," said a spokesperson for Emart.
"We are operating the store according to the safety regulation by limiting the n
umber of customers when the store gets overcrowded and dispatching safety guards
."
A mass promotion event celebrating the SSG Landers' victory is being held throug
h Nov. 20.
