是想請問 AVAT的share shipping fee問題
我第一次刷卡時 被預收80美金運費
今天早上收到回信 賣家表示：
Order 034XXX qualified for shared shipping in the amount of $70 If you agree
to the shared shipping, a refund will be issued and the order will be
forwarded to fulfillment to be processed.
我研究了很久
想確認是不是表示要退還運費70的意思呢？
抱歉我英文好差啊....想請教有經驗的版友們
