Someone who doesn't have perfect pitch or gravel-voiced might not think of
themselves as a singer - even if they have a deep desire to perform. But if
you look at the music world carefully, you'll find many famous and
well-regarded vocalists who have voices and styles that are extremely
unconventional - such as folk legend Bob Dylan. Had he given up because
someone disapproved of his voice, think of the music we'd have lost. You may
be inhibited because you don't feel good enough to try something that's
important to you. Just be you, and don't compare yourself to anyone else. Go
for it, Aquarius. Even if you don't succeed, the experience would still be
something valuable.
