家人因為乳癌去做局部切除手術，也摘了五顆前哨淋巴做化驗，報告如下：

.3 x 1.0 cm espectively with lymph node measuring 1.3 x 0.9 x 0.4, 1.8 x 1.3 x
0.5, 1.8 x 1.4 x 0.5, 2.1 x 1.2 x 0.6, 1.0 x 0.7 x 0.4 cm cm respectively.
醫生說前哨淋巴未驗出癌細胞，但進入前哨淋巴的管道前指數較高，這是尚未開始轉移的
意思嗎？因為聽到由管腔a，結果切下的腫瘤做分析後，變為管腔b1型，當下有點錯愕，
所以沒跟醫生問清楚，想知道驗出指數高的原因是什麼。
