拖到最後一天死線才完成IC的線上面試
剛剛結束了面試，所以趁記憶猶新來分享一下
線上面試由第三方平台Kira負責
題目都已經由學校的Senior Admin預錄好影片
題目總共五題，第四題為寫作打字輸入
每一題有30秒時間準備，1分鐘回答
寫作則有五分鐘時間讓你打字～
以下為我遇到的問題：
Q1 Tell me what’s your greatest achievement? What have you learned yourself a
s the result?
Q2 You are leading a team which members are with different personalities and o
bjectives. How will you adapt your approach to give the best out of members? (
這邊有點記不太清楚，但大意就是問你要如何領導不同個性背景的人）
Q3 Outside of the classroom, tell me about a time when you’ve accomplished a
goal as part of a team. What did you learn from the experience?
Q4 書信寫作。你的導師介紹一位CEO給你認識，而他的公司剛好是你很想進去工作的。試
著寫一封email 草稿給CEO，邀請他喝咖啡進一步介紹你自己。250字
Q5 How can you measure the success of a marketing campaign?
題目前一兩題還算有準備到，後面幾題完全臨場發揮哈哈，希望可以幫助到一樣需要面試
的人：）
順便簡單說一下申請時程：
我 12/27 送完申請，1/12收到面試通知，要求1/25前完成面試。
接下來就只能繼續等個好幾週了QQ
