已經爬了板上的文，但還是遇到財力證明的瓶頸，希望板上各位可以幫忙解惑
我是預計在9月去Hove College就讀Diploma短期課程(36週)，
目前已經跟學校接洽到一半，也付了deposit保留位子。
學校告知要提出財力證明才讓我付學費，付學費之後才願意發CAS
我現在使用的是台灣銀行外幣戶頭的存摺，
已經將規定的金額放在戶頭裡滿28天，而且都有壓日期。
我就拿著存摺去給翻譯社翻譯成英文版本提供給學校。
但是學校回覆我以下文字：
Dear XXX,
The evidence of funds must be as a statement or letter from your bank,
as shown in the guidance and mentioned in my earlier email.
Please see paragraph 220 in the attachment.
UKVI do not refer to a bank passbook, only to a building society passbook.
I do not believe that UKVI will accept your bank passbook as evidence.
But now I can see that the required funds have been correctly held, so there
should be no problem provided you have a correct statement or specific
letter from your bank. There is plenty of time, have a look here:

想請問，building society他指的是什麼意思?
還是說我一定要請銀行寫bank letter?
但是從板上看到，實在是不知道哪一家台灣銀行會願意幫我在餘額證明上寫那一段文字
之前看是松江分行，但是推文寫說都不願意加註文字
想請問各位我要怎麼辦才好Q___Q
或著是有哪一家分行的台灣銀行對於英國簽證財力證明的手續比較熟悉
