機器似乎沒有正確地把mp4檔頭寫好（不確定）。
利用 ffmpeg 強制指定 audio codec 並且不重新編碼轉成 mkv：
ffmpeg -c:a pcm_s16le -i input.avi -c:a copy -c:v copy output.mkv
可以成功修復。
方便的話，把這家機器寫出來大家避個雷。
