條件：彰化區，中級以上程度，時間地點不一定，三人以上開團
We're looking for fellows in attempt to master or enhance your english speaking ability. There is no limit if you want to make frds with a good english speaking.
The conference would be hold in accord to the members' need and is all casual if no coming.
