照目前新聞的資料看來
似乎出問題的地方是收集員沒立即把樣本交給快遞
而是把樣本先放在自家冰箱兩天後送出
這部分是Braun攻擊程序有問題的勝出點

According to one of the sources, the collector, after getting Braun's sample,
was supposed to take the sample to a FedEx Office for shipping.
But the source said the collector thought the FedEx Office was closed because
it was late on a Saturday and felt the sample wouldn't get shipped until
Monday.
As has occurred in some other instances, the collector took the sample home
and kept it in a cool place, in his basement at his residence in Wisconsin,
according to the source.
Policy states that the sample is supposed to get to FedEx as soon as
possible.

似乎在周末時收集員把樣本放在自家冰箱中是一般常見且正確的作法
這個判決照一般USADA或是WADA的標準來看是頗有問題的
不過，既然已經決定不禁賽了
那就恭喜Braun吧

我覺得Braun今年會壓力很大,萬一陷入低潮很容易被貼標籤...

說真的，程序如果是這樣要銃康他超容易的阿...希望是真

要銃康的方法很多，沒必要故意帶回家冰起來再銃康。檢驗

人員把檢體帶回家冰是被允許的，但前提是要在FedEx已經下

班，沒辦法當天把檢體寄出。整件事的關鍵在於檢驗人員在

收集Braun的檢體後，時間已經很晚，以為FedEx已經下班休

息，所以帶回家冰起來。結果算是Braun的律師厲害，抓到

FedEx關門時間要再晚一點，就變成不符合程序，沒有照規定

在FedEx開門收件的情況下立刻寄出檢體

勝訴但是沒得到清白 單純律師利害

美國的律師真的很會這樣子的打法
