回報一下後來處理的狀況
我以S-69條款說明此證券的收入並非來自美國，NON-US Holder不該被扣30%
但客服回信說明TD認為DKT屬美國來源的證券，但又不解釋為何4月的配息未被扣稅
結論是不改帳，但是會回去慢慢研究喔 ( ^.＜ )揪咪
看來該把這批DKT移到其他券商去了...

withholding as we are currently recognizing this position as US backed
security. We have, however, escalated this up to the proper securities group
to research this issue further. At this time, there is no ETA on this. To
view, go to My Account > Gain/Loss. Please let us know if you see any
discrepancies.
