我們在教「非限定性關係子句使用 "of whom"， "of whose" 或 "of which"」

有兩個例句：
例句一：Mike has two brothers, both of them work for the government.(X)
例句二：Mike has two brothers, both of whom work for the government.(O)
我的學生有瞭解網頁要教的內容
只是她又問：
「Mike has two brothers, both of them working for the government. 對嗎？」
她覺得是兩個子句，用分詞句構(分詞構句)連結
Mike是主詞一(S1)
both of them是主詞二(S2)
因為S1跟S2不同，所以兩個都保留，然後其中一個V要改成Ving
她問我她的想法對嗎？
因為我不敢亂教......所以我上來請教一下各位
「Mike has two brothers, both of them working for the government. 」
這句是對的嗎？
若是對的，原因是我學生講的那樣嗎？
若是不對，原因為何？為何不能用分詞句構(分詞構句)連結？

例句一是可以的 估狗comma splice 文法的規則和概念一直改變 2020年了還不讓人comma splice也太誇張了「Mike has two brothers, both of them working for the government. 」為了溝通方便就叫它例句三好了 這句不行 Mike has two brothers working for the government.才可以 但還是怪怪的 這時候who work for比較順 或是Mike’s 2 brothers work for the government.

分詞構句的種類可分為表時間、原因、條件、讓步及附帶狀況如果沒有上面提到的情況,不必用分詞構句

有三種寫法文法都對（都存在的文法）阿，只是適不適用你要實際看你表達的意思：..., and both of them work..., both of them working 獨立分詞構句..., both of whom work 受格關代注意三句中間如果都有逗號的話，語氣上（或寫作訊號上）是一種補述的感覺如果你不是要表達補述的語氣，那就變成限定關代，去掉逗號修改方式如sadlatte大所說
