請問該不該有the呢

樓上XDD 是說有時會視情況來決定有無冠詞有些求簡潔的像是報章雜誌的標題如果省掉冠詞不至於讓讀者不了解,有的會省或者可以想想看為什麼Game of thrones 沒冠詞但以此題來說 the cultural and creative industries在網路上,條文很多
