今天是個特殊的一天，非常清楚感受到人生的起伏無常會在某一時間段特別明顯，在生活
的各方面呈現逆境。冷眼旁觀周圍朋友家庭的際遇，在在顯示事情的起承轉合完全由自己
在有意無意間種下的種子所決定。當然沒有人會故意做對自己不利的事情，或選擇不好的
際遇；但為什麼生活境就會往負向前進，示現在自己或家人身體不適、工作不順、家庭不
合、金錢損失等等不一而足的逆境?人往往會自我調侃是「運氣太差」而不再追究背後的
原因，也就得過且過靜待霉運逐漸遠去，直到下一次再現低谷。
在超碼系統學習的最基本觀念就是「行有不得，反求諸己」；也透過「基本潛修步驟一二
三」，先償還前債再調理身心靈後，調撥儲存正能量開展好運程。話雖如此，為何有些人
自認為「聽話照做」，卻無法獲得預期的心靈成長和境遇改善?以媛這段時間看著好友舊
故家裡的狀況，深刻感受到始終因為無知無明而未能剖析清楚事理邏輯，做出正確的判斷
和即知即行的決心與毅力。其次是習氣過重，一方面不自覺有可怕的習氣，一方面也沒有
斬草除根的意志力，因此始終都在因循苟且中反負作用，縱容姑息自己的習氣滋長發酵，
越來越無法擺脫其束縛而徒然增加更多的惡業。第三種可能性是已經被負能量鎖定，阻擋
任何正向的做為；當能量低下、意志力薄弱時，更加無法擺脫負面的影響。
以媛幾次想伸手扶持，最後能否協助改善，端視負能量是否網開一面；以及朋友是否想通
、看穿，在困難的低谷里奮力前行，力求突破周圍的負面磁場。令人欣慰的是朋友的家人
似乎警覺到狀況不佳，有跡象同心協力一起面對逆境，最後終將逆轉勝。

2. 今天開始似乎桂花開始上場吐露芬芳，到處都聞到桂花香氣，在久雨後清新的空氣
中迴盪，感恩自然界顯露的時序規律。
3. 感恩芳幼總是不厭其煩地協助處理冬季大型活動票務的更動。
