2.移動階段結束後、生產前
不知道各位先進怎麼解讀啟動這個規則?
以下是懶人包 & 個人想法
懶人包:
整體來說...Z>B
喔不是，是把最後的點數用於生人，工人立刻放去踩書本，政治力+1
再用那一點把剛剛出生的工人送上貿易路線
個人想法:
如果工人站上金框後立刻調整，基本產出系列只有金框書本可以立竿見影，
馬上在管理時得到效果。
其他像是礦、麥、錢等等都要等到生產階段才有效果
等於是這回合生人領資源，下回合才能花
跟政治點這種立刻見效的有落差
如果改成工人踏資源金框立刻領，白嫖的世界大家一起來
或者是不立刻調整Reference Board，等到移動階段結束後才調整的話
不知道會不會好一點
