7月還在堪薩斯皇家，打擊率不到2成的Jorge Soler，最後在今天（3日）轟出他在世界大
賽的第3支致勝全壘打，不僅幫助亞特蘭大勇士奪下暌違26年的世界大賽冠軍，自己也獲
選世界大賽最有價值球員（MVP）。
Soler世界大賽20打數中繳出0.300／0.391／0.800（打擊率／上壘率／長打率）成績，轟
出3發全壘打，打進6分打點，3支全壘打都打下勝利打點。對此表現勇士總教練Brian
Snitker說：「這次世界大賽，他的打擊表現是如此之好。就連他選到的保送都很重要。
」
這不是Soler生涯第1次奪冠，他2016年還在芝加哥小熊時也曾隨隊奪下世界大賽冠軍，但
當年他只有2場出賽5打數。而今年的經驗完全不同，直到交易大限前1天他才來到勇士，
季後賽期間還一度進入2019年冠狀病毒疾病傷兵名單，但最後在世界大賽大放異彩。
「被交易過來一開始很有挑戰性，我覺得有點不在舒適區，人都不認識。」Soler說：「
但是過了1週之後我就覺得像在家一樣了，球隊裡的每個人都很歡迎我，幾乎是馬上，只
過了一下子就像家人一樣。」
Soler也成為史上第2位古巴出生的世界大賽最有價值球員，加入1997年Livan Hernandez
的行列。
