韓國職棒明年有"菜鳥洋將"薪資上限制度
薪水+簽約金+母隊買斷金+激勵獎金
不能超過一百萬美金
不過這只是限制在第一年來韓國的洋將
之後要續約的話就沒有這個薪資上限限制
至於會不會有球團偷偷玩暗盤？
如果被抓的的話會被罰大約88萬美金罰款
然後失去下球季選秀第一指名的資格
複數年只有待第二年以後才可以簽跟本土球員較有關係修改是1.當兵球員母隊可以做交易2.酒駕最高罰禁賽120場+1000萬韓幣罰金+240小時勞動另外有一點明年選秀須選大畢球員(這感覺有點模糊)
應該是保障大學棒球，韓國球團越來越選高中生自己養變成大學生畢業沒地方去

中職的頂級洋將不會被挖去韓職 因為扣掉轉隊費大概只剩50M付薪水*0.5M除非這個洋將已經沒有合約(即FA球員)韓職被嘲說問題又不在洋將身上 重點應該是縮小本國選手的薪資差距
